Production Supervisor

Adecco is recruiting for a **Production Supervisor** (2nd shift) to work with a client in **Auburn, NY.** This is a **temp to hire position** , paying **$18-25/hour** depending on experience.
**Summary:**
The Supervisor is responsible for making sure employees adhere to all SOPs and policies to ensure that the employees are performing their job safely and that the product is produced with safety and quality in mind.
**Duties:**
+ Fill out daily paperwork at the start of the shift making sure the medication book and the CAR tracking is done.
+ Works in conjunction with the Plant Manager and Production Manager to assure the schedule is being followed and all flushing required is done or in sequence for the day’s loads.
+ Works with the Quality Supervisor and warehouse supervisor to track and utilize CARS and flushes.
+ Keeps track and uses the partial bag inventory on a daily basis.
+ Works with Production manager and Logistics to execute MR build schedule.
+ Makes sure all materials are at the correct stations (including, bags, tags, PEF fat totes, cups and CAR material) so production employees do not need to leave their area.
+ Works with the Production manager, Logistics, and Purchasing to assure consumables are in the racks along with bag inventory.
+ Holds all employees to the same discipline standards, and practices progressive discipline fair and consistently working with the Production manager to utilize write-ups as required.
+ Other duties as assigned

+ Acts as a role model, specifically in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency.
+ Has an “Achieving Excellence” mentality for him/herself and the team.
+ Leads, coaches, develops and motivates and assesses employees of teams under direct supervision.
+ Influences the mindset and behavior of team members and built an effective team
+ Acts as change manager for the team and responsible for communication to the team.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Proficient communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are vital
+ Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
+ Attention to detail in all areas of work
+ Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting (50 lbs)
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
