**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are looking for a highly competent Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The Production Supervisor will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high standards of product quality, and manage a team of production workers. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the production process and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. + Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees. + Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. + Monitor production output and ensure it meets quality standards. + Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. + Identify training needs and organize training sessions for production workers. + Collaborate with other supervisors and staff to optimize productivity and efficiency. + Prepare and present production reports to upper management **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. + Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role. + Strong organizational and leadership skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. **Job Type & Location** This is a permanent position based out of San Marcos, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
