**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** Our company manufactures portable dance floors, lunch room table tops, and deck floors for concert stages, primarily catering to schools. We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our second shift team, ensuring quality production and efficient operations. **Responsibilities** + Directly supervise assigned employees (currently 5 on second shift, with plans to grow the team next year). + Work with the Plant Manager on interviewing, hiring, and training employees. + Plan, assign, and direct work to meet production goals. + Set and communicate expectations for employees and monitor performance. + Implement training programs to enhance team skills. + Monitor and maintain product quality standards. + Collaborate with the Plant Manager to develop and execute nightly plans. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of production/plant supervising experience. + Production supervision and management skills. + Basic math skills. + Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform assembly and ensure production safety. + Experience in hiring and training employees. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills or ability to troubleshoot minor issues. + Ability to work independently and manage a small team effectively. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a laid-back environment where employees are trusted to perform their duties independently. Our updated dress code policy allows for casual dress, including jeans, and requires all-leather lace-up shoes without steel toes. **Location & Pay** This is a Permanent position based out of Belleville, Wisconsin.
