Production Supervisor

As part of the production team, responsible for ensuring the timely production of cables and supervise operators to ensure adherence to all the Standards, Policy & Procedures set by the organization.

Key Deliverables: 

Attend daily meetings with the production manager and the team to understand the production status of the previous shift. Receive the schedule from planning and allocate daily tasks to operators based on the schedule. You will be responsible to coordinate with planning department to understand the priorities of daily tasks. Inspect the materials to check the quality during production.  Communicate with the Plant logistics to ensure delivery of materials on time.  Ensure the operators follow the health and safety procedures while at work.  Manage the performance appraisal and leaves of the operators in coordination with the manager Report faults to the process & maintenance teams. You will be responsible to communicate and coordinate with the stores for availability of materials and order the same through Baan. 

Job Profile: 

Qualifications: 

Higher Secondary Education / Diploma 

Skills/Knowledge: 

Attention for details. Analytical skills. MS Office skills. Basic people management 

Experience:   

3 to 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing unit as a supervisor. Preference to experience in cable manufacturing industry
