**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the metal manufacturing facility. This includes managing personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed, monitoring production and quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing staff, as well as ensuring that all production goals are met in a timely manner. This position covers the overnight shift. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel in manufacturing operations. + Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met. + Troubleshoot problems that arise during production. + Ensure safety protocols are followed. + Train and develop staff. + Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes. + Achieve production goals in a timely manner. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in production management and supervision. + Strong understanding of quality control processes. + Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques. + Ability to troubleshoot production issues. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with process improvement. **Why Work Here?** We offer a $175 boot stipend, union benefits starting from day one, and additional days off when safety and production goals are met. **Work Environment** The work environment can be dirty due to copper production, but Building 2 is updated and nice, where some production managers will work. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Eminence, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr. -$175 dollar boot stipend -Union benefits day 1 -Safety and production goals equal days off due to procedures and quotas **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Eminence,KY. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Feb 17, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
