Our client, a leader in high-quality screen printing, is looking for a Screen Printing Production Supervisor to join their team in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing production workflows, and ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:Supervisory Duties:

Lead and support department staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.Monitor attendance, approve timesheets, and manage time-off requests.Conduct performance evaluations and track employee progress.Ensure all necessary resources are available for smooth operations.Provide machine operators with samples and hangers based on the daily schedule.Adjust workflow schedules and communicate priorities to the team.Enforce company safety protocols and quality standards.Train employees to meet performance expectations.Submit daily production reports tracking key metrics.Conduct weekly inventory checks and place orders for necessary materials.Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows.

Requirements:

Previous experience in screen printing or a related manufacturing environment.Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of screen-printing processes, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Must be flexible for OT and weekends as needed)
