**Reporting Location:** Allentown, PA (WEST)
**Pay Range:** $87,309.00 - $99,861.00 / year
**Annual Bonus:** This role is eligible for a 10% annual bonus

**Schedule:** Rotational Schedule, 2/2/3 rotation, 12 hour shifts, Full-Time
5:00 am - 5:00 pm day shift or 5:00 pm - 5:00 am night shift.
We're hiring for both shifts and have one position available for each
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs
**Key Responsibilities**
Ensure that a high quality of products, services, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in the area
Review daily achievement of targets and report variances during on-the-floor and review meetings
Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements
Prioritize, schedule, and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed to maximize efficiency
Review daily maintenance effectiveness with Maintenance Mechanic and Team members to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members and Production Management
Understand internal and external regulations, procedures and policies and apply them fairly and consistently
Manage relationships with internal customers and suppliers, colleagues and support services to ensure achievement of targets
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills**
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment with direct line ownership in large-scale factories
Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or related field preferred
Understanding of processes and mechanics of line equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of machinery to ensure efficient and safe production operations
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and EPR software (SAP preferred)
Experience with MP2 maintenance management system (CMMS)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Understanding of cost implications, quality and hygiene requirements
Ability to grow relationships with business partners and to lead, coach and develop employees
