Plant 4 is a Machining Facility but includes a separate building which is dedicated to Heat Treat processes. **At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.** Essential Functions: + Supervise the activities of the employees to promote an efficient and safe work force. + Review daily production requirements to meet daily production demand. + Monitor quality of product to ensure compliance with specifications. + Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. + Leverage data analytics to make strategic and tactical business decisions. + Execute continuous improvement projects and action items. + Collaborate with coworkers to develop solutions to solve problems. **Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable.
