PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dynamic, results-driven Production Supervisors to oversee manufacturing operations in our state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, Arizona. In this pivotal role, you’ll help us shape the future of sustainable HVAC systems for data centers while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Your Impact:

As a Production Supervisor at PDS Tech Commercial, you’ll play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery. You’ll be an integral part of a team that’s revolutionizing the HVAC industry and supporting critical green energy efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and delivery metrics.

Manage and assign tasks to production team members, monitoring their performance and providing coaching and training to promote development.

Oversee production schedules, adjusting resources as necessary to meet deadlines.

Foster a lean culture by implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Maintain accurate production records, including outputs, downtime, and employee performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production flow and resolve any operational issues.

Ensure the work environment is safe by enforcing safety regulations and investigating any incidents.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, keeping stakeholders informed on progress.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing, ideally within the HVAC or related industries.

Skills:

Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (e.g., Epicor, Oracle, SAP).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of CAD and design simulation software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.

Experience with HVAC manufacturing processes, particularly in data center solutions.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per hour
