Your Role
The Production Supervisor - 2nd shift is responsible for the supervision and coordination of assigned production operations while striving to maintain production goals. Provides leadership to employees within assigned work area, working to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Supervisory experience in manufacturing environment or Associate Degree with 5+ years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership skills are necessary, with previous supervisory experience highly preferred. Able to adapt to constant changing work assignments and fast paced work environment. Excellent concentration and attention to detail with outstanding work efficiency and accuracy. Experience with applying lean manufacturing principles, efficiency methods. Experience solving manufacturing problems related to incapable processes and or designs. Demonstrated record of high-performance. Previous experience working in a clean room environment is helpful. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to create documents, spreadsheets, and power point presentations. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Creo, Oracle, SharePoint.
