Toll Brothers, our nation's luxury home builder, seeks a Production Supervisor for Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), our wholly-owned component manufacturing company.
What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will use management skills to guide production employees to produce quality product in a safe, timely manner.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Directing safety of the work area and working methodsMonitoring and controlling quality standards, according to company specificationsOverseeing production and transportation schedules in support of customer requirementsSupervising material management and inventory controlOverseeing maintenance and facility management for plant operationsOverseeing personnel issues, as well as enforcing and administering company policiesConveying directives and company updates from the management team to employeesManaging back office and plant support functions to ensure continued daily operationsAdministering production employees' performance reviewsThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
QualificationsDoes this describe you?
Familiarity with TPM, 5S, continuous improvement, and quality operating systemsBasic technical and troubleshooting ability within an automated environmentStrong leadership, planning, written and verbal communication skillsProven coaching skills in the development of employees
