**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_** 1. 日常当班生产管理，有效利用资源生产优质的产品并根据计划按时完成产量 Routine shift operation management, effectively deploy necessary resources for quality manufacturing as per production planning 2. 在产品质量和GMP合规方面保持高标准, 并承担相应质量保证职责 Comply with and maintain high standard of products quality and GMP compliance 3. 下属员工业绩考核,培训,辅导和发展 Team management including performance assessment, training, coaching and employee development 4. 确保产线及班组EHS EHS responsibilities **_QUALIFICATIONS_** 1. 本科学历及以上，专业要求食品类、生物类、化工类、机械类、电子类或其他工程背景专业等，特别优秀者或有丰富工作经验者可适当放宽此限。 Bachelor graduate or above. Dairy, biology, petrochemical, mechanics, electronics or other engineering industry background. 2. 3年以上跨国企业工作经验，具有婴幼儿乳粉生产管理岗位生产经验者优先。 Over 3 years working experience in multi-national manufacturing companies; manufacturing experience in infant dairy industry is preferred. 3. 掌握婴幼儿配方乳粉产品涉及的质量法规，了解应承担的责任和义务。 Good understanding of infant formulated dairy product related laws and regulations 4. 基本的英语口语和书写能力 Basic English in both oral and written 5. 熟练运用电脑及office软件 Good computer and office software skill 6. 能适应倒班工作 Be able to run shift work 7. 熟悉精益制造和Six Sigma Familiar with lean manufacturing and 6-sigma An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
