Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will ensure effective employee relations, provide coaching and development, and resolve employment issues through problem resolution. You will balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas and work to continuously improve these areas. You will manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports to the manager. Additionally, you will provide leadership, perform accident investigations, track absenteeism and timekeeping, manage departmental priorities, and maintain proper inventory levels.

Brand new facility with two buildings dedicated to electronics refurbishment. The facility is very clean, providing a pleasant and safe work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
