**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The Night Shift Manager will ensure quality products are produced efficiently and on time while maintaining a safe workplace. The Night Shift Manager will develop and train personnel to ensure successful production. **Responsibilities** + Ensure quality products are produced efficiently and on time. + Maintain a safe workplace environment. + Develop and train personnel for successful production. + Supervise night shift operations and manage production workflow. + Implement and enforce safety and quality standards. + Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols. + Oversee resource allocation and manage production schedules. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of manufacturing management experience. + Proven work experience as a production supervisor or manager. + Adequate knowledge of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources. + Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise with a mechanical aptitude. + Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. + Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access. + Ability to create accountability and lead by example. + Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with quality inspection and safety supervision. **Why Work Here?** You will be part of a dynamic team that values safety, quality, and efficiency.
