**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The Production Supervisor provides area leadership and direct supervision to all Assembly and Shipping employees for all day-to-day operations. The Production Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality and timely delivery to meet customer expectations. This role will work directly with other managers and leadership to achieve goals. In this role you will be responsible for hiring and managing team members as well as working through performance plans. **Responsibilities** + Provide area leadership and direct supervision to all Assembly and Shipping employees. + Maintain the highest standards of product quality and ensure timely delivery. + Develop work plans on both short- and long-term basis with limited direction. + Ensure safety, staffing, performance, efficiency, and utilization in the Assembly departments. + Monitor and help control labor and material costs. **Essential Skills** + Production supervision + Continuous improvement + Ability to read and interpret blueprints **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5 years of production supervisor experience in an assembly environment + 10 years of manufacturing experience **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow.
