Job Title: Production Supervisor In Belen Schedule is 3rd Shift 11pm -7:30am

Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will manage employees in the Production Area. Your responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as rewarding and disciplining them. You will also be tasked with planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints. Ensuring participation and cooperation in company-implemented ESHA programs and following all company safety rules is essential.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Sunday - Thursday, 3rd shift from 11pm-7:30am in a manufacturing environment. You will need to suit up in the Production areas and adhere to a fast-paced, repetitive work environment. Standing for 8-hour shifts and lifting between 30 lbs - 50 lbs is required. Steel toes or composite shoes are mandatory during shifts and interviews.

This is a Contract position based out of Belen, New Mexico.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.77 - $36.06/hr.
