Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, organizes and monitors workflow. Detailed Duties and Responsibilities: + Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel + Establishes priorities and monitors progress + Revises schedules and resolves issues + Reports results of the processing flow on shift production summaries + Communicates with and assists other manufacturing groups as needed Required Education, Skills and Experience: + 2-3 relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment + Prior supervisory experience + Experience in production planning, time/process management + Advanced skills in MS Office suite + Ability to work a flexible schedule + Demonstrated experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment + Strong communication skills + Safety focused + Self-motivated and results driven approach **Salary Range:** $77,000.00-$102,600.000 **Pay Transparency** The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
