Job Description

  

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow on the production floor, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and workflows are streamlined.  Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, organizes and monitors workflow.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnelEstablishes priorities and monitors progressRevises schedules and resolves issuesReports results of the processing flow on shift production summariesCommunicates with and assists other manufacturing groups as needed

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

2-3 relevant work experience in a manufacturing environmentPrior supervisory experienceExperience in production planning, time/process managementAdvanced skills in MS Office suiteAbility to work a flexible scheduleDemonstrated experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsSafety focusedSelf-motivated and results driven approach

  

Salary Range:

$77,000.00-$102,600.000
