NOW HIRING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR SHORT-TERM ASSIGNMENT IN NOGALES!
$18-$20/hour with confirmed experience, resume & client interview
Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm starting 3/10/2025 and concluding 3/28/2025 (could be extended based on production)
Position Summary:
Responsible for supervising hourly personnel, quality performance, inventory accuracy and efficiency, as well as health and safety, and develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
Your Role:
•Provides training and guidance for new workers to ensure products quality and accomplish production goals.
•Coordinate with PMC and customer service to ensure on-time shipments to customers.
•Utilize Health & Safety guidelines to create a safe work environment.
•Ensure team has a strong focus on details and is thoroughly trained in the problem resolution process.
•Intervene when necessary to resolve issues between project managers, operations, functional teams and customers.
•Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements.
•Confirm with PMC and R&D Department about product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
•Estimate productions time and initiate recommendation to manufacturing engineer for process improvement.
•Keep production line stock accuracy.
•Manage on time and accurate production input in ERP.
•Operate Electric Pallet Jack.
Your Background:
•High School Diploma or GED required.
•Ability to independently identify problems and effectively offer solutions.
•Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Languages: English and Spanish (Read, Spoken, Written).
•Computer tools Knowledge (MS Office).
