Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a specific shift within the Transdermal Manufacturing and Packaging facility. This includes ensuring compliance with Safe Work Practices, cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures, and company policies. As a member of the Production leadership team, the focus will be on day-to-day performance and results, developing systems to evaluate area and individual performance, and leading initiatives to improve productivity.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of 10-15 employees.Ensure compliance with Safe Work Practices, cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures, and company policies.Develop systems and measurements to evaluate area performance and individual employee contributions.Lead initiatives to improve productivity, such as reliability projects.Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work collaboratively within a team environment.Essential SkillsLeadership skills, including approachability, managing diversity, setting goals, and measuring performance.Production and manufacturing experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and exposure to SAP or other ERPs.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the Food, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Pharmaceutical industry is an asset.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.Ability to motivate oneself and others.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is based in a climate-controlled, GMP-compliant packaging area. Supervisors will manage about 10 people per line. There are three shifts available: 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), and 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 6:30 AM). Training will be conducted during the first week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, followed by technical training on the designated shift. The role requires working six days a week, with the start day for the week being either Saturday or Sunday.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $88000.00/yr.
