We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team of production workers, implement process improvements, and maintain high standards of productivity.

Location: Darien, WI
Wage: $55-62K Salary Exempt
Hours: 6a-4:30p MON – THURS OT on Fridays

Responsibilities:    Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a team-oriented culture. Monitor workflow and performance metrics, making real-time adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics, to optimize production efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and waste. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Requirements: Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suits

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
