The Production Supervisor is responsible for all production activities for assigned production lines. The incumbent will manage, monitor and direct the activities of assigned production line crews to efficiently produce quality products. Production Supervisors must be comfortable with physical aspects of the plant's environment; i.e., working with various byproducts of raw materials used in the operation, and covering full length of line operations numerous times throughout a shift. The incumbent must be dedicated to providing leadership and direction for activities of assigned crews.
