**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising all department employees and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards. This role requires using independent judgment and exercising discretion in executing duties. Flexibility to come in earlier or stay late as needed is important. During peak seasons, the production floor may require up to 80 hours of work with additional weekend pay incentives. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, safety glasses, and hearing protection when on the production floor. The environment is a typical tire manufacturing facility with both older and new automated equipment. It is not temperature controlled, and the team size includes overseeing maintenance technicians. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Des Moines, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
