This role will act as a floater to provide coverage to 3rd shift in case of absence. This position is responsible for coaching and counselling hourly employees to deliver excellence to our customers and meet assigned deadlines. The production supervisor will ensure that production is managed in an efficient and safe manner with the highest quality standards while encouraging a clean and organized environment and will have interaction at all levels of the organization.
