Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our Oakville facility. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily cleanroom garment processing operations while maintaining our strict quality and contamination control standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with technical knowledge of cleanroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across receiving, soil sort, washing, drying, and packout operations Ensure compliance with ISO standards, cGMP requirements, and company SOPs Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to meet customer delivery requirements Train and develop production staff on proper procedures and contamination control practices Maintain accurate production records and documentation Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards Implement and monitor process improvements and efficiency initiatives Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production equipment Manage inventory levels and coordinate with Merchandise ControlRequired Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems Strong understanding of contamination control and cleanroom practices Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead and develop teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computer systems and production tracking softwarePreferred Qualifications:
Experience in cleanroom or regulated industry operations Knowledge of cGMP requirements Background in textile processing or garment handling Six Sigma or lean manufacturing certification Bilingual English/French capabilitiesWe Offer:
