Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in supervising shop floor hourly wage employees in an industrial/manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience supervising shop floor hourly wage employees in an industrial/manufacturing or warehouse setting

Strong leadership and people skills

Comfortable leading hourly employees and working in a factory environment

Strong MS Office experience including Excel

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a union environment

4-year degree in any field preferred but not required with relevant prior work experience

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate, schedule, and provide leadership to hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives

Monitor individual/group performance and take corrective action including discipline
