The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervisory oversight in the Single Serve Ready to Drink (RTD) Department. A key responsibility of the position is to ensure the timely and efficient production and delivery of products through direct, coordinated supervision. This individual will be responsible for the cost effective utilization of employee resources and capital resources required to operate a group manufacturing department.
Requirements A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in science or management related field preferred, a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisor capacity 3+ years experience in a dairy, food/beverage manufacturing facility Completion of food and safety related courses is a plus. Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Compensation Range: $66,400.00 - $99,600.00, plus bonus.
