Position Overview:

As part of the talented Lowe Boats team, you will supervise a department within Lowe Boats to produce boats from start to finish including departments such as Fishboat, Fabrication, Pontoon, or Roughneck.

Essential Functions:

Supervise the production floor to ensure high quality boats are being produced safely and efficiently. Ensure employees are scheduled to hit sales demands, approving time off requests, and coaching performance.Lead and drive a culture of continuous improvement, including routinely drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to problems identified throughout the day.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of related experience managing a team including scheduling, supervising, training, mentoring and directing staff.   Must demonstrate effective leadership and interpersonal skills as well as proven experience requiring inter-departmental communication and coordination to effectively achieve the company’s objectives and targets within budget.Understanding of and proficiency in lean, change management and business process management methodologies.Exceptional computer skills including MS Office and proficiency with standard software packages required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline strongly preferred.Lean six sigma Green Belt preferred.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $48,800 - $77,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
