Production Supervisor NPW 2nd Shift

Based in our Sherman, Texas location, you will provide supervision to NPW Warehouse team while maintaining a safe, quality conscious, and cost-efficient operation. This role is for the 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 2PM - 10PM).  

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule work for up to 25 Internal Employees and Contractors. Develop and detail work procedures and instructions. Investigate Service Requests and set corrective actions as needed. Drive and be accountable for meeting timely delivery of customer orders, inventory accuracy to meet plant goals, and continuous improvement of cost and lead-time reduction of the value stream. Promote and achieve continuous improvement of cost and lead-time reduction of the value stream. Serve as an interface between employees and staff and hold regular toolbox meetings to discuss performance against targets, problems, and the day's work schedule. Ensure effective team communication to maintain dedication to objectives and hold meetings. Participate in Cell activities as appropriate to optimize Cell performance.

For this role, you will need:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum of five (5) years of functional and/or operational experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to optimally apply interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Communicate optimally to provide information to all levels of employees in a global organization. Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Preferred Qualifications that set you apart:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field Two (2) years of functional supervisory/leadership experience. Proven understanding of applicable products and processes in a Cell, preferred. Lean Manufacturing training / experience. Our Offer To You:
