What you need to succeed:
2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to be an on-shift resource for printing troubleshooting problems is highly desiredKnowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery; folding carton or printing is a plusStrong focus on Safety and Quality (SQF knowledge is a plus)Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word; ability to learn new software applicationsProven successful track record in managing, motivating and building teams
