**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are a leading innovator in mobile shelving systems, library shelving, art rack storage, gun lockers, weapons lockers, and evidence lockers. Our organization is also expanding into the marijuana industry for shelving and storage solutions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee 20-25 employees in the Fabrication department, including welding, machine operations, and fabrication.
+ Ensure compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards.
+ Utilize ERP systems for efficient production management.
+ Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
+ Organize and manage time effectively, especially during the 2nd shift.
+ Drive process improvement and maintain high safety standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with ISO standards.
+ Experience in welding and fabrication.
+ Production supervision experience.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems.
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
+ At least 2 years of leadership experience.
+ Strong understanding of process improvement and safety protocols.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 5 years of welding/fabrication experience.

**Work Environment**
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2-10pm in a larger, well-lit, clean facility with over 200 employees. Occasionally, there may be a requirement to work on Thursdays.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $80000.00

Annual raises: 2-3%
Goal sharing: monthly incentive based off of efficiency, delivery, safety and scrap. Can be up to an extra $1.80/hr
