EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Professional or technical preparation.2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or personnel leader.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

 English 50%Knowledge of manufacturing / assembly processes.Basic knowledge of problem solving tools (5 whys, Ishikawa, 8D’s).LeadershipTeamworkEase of speech, good communicationBasic knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)AnalyticalDecision making, negotiation, people-oriented.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respect and comply with safety policies. Comply with safety metrics 0 accidents, 5 OPS's per week.Participate and/or lead Safety Gembas.Participate and/or lead process improvements / Workshops / phases of new models.Participate and/or lead quality problem solving meetings.Comply with Quality metrics (RTFT & CPU).Rigorous execution of established processes (balancing, tools, Andon, etc.), and avoid line stops, adhere to the production plan.Any other activity assigned by the supervisor. Participate in the fulfillment of the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.Comply with the safety rules determined according to their function.Comply on time with the planned training related to Quality and Training.Identify and report any issues regarding quality and compliance and support corrective actions.
