Immediate opening in Mooresville for Production Specialist:

 

Position will act as the “right hand” for the Chief Financial Officer.

-Must have manufacturing experience

-Good Excel skills

-Production order tracking, creating work orders, managing all orders that come through the ERP system. (Must have experience with an ERP system.)

-Currently use SAGEx3* Other systems like SAP or Epicor, etc. experience is accepted

-Salaried at 65K, working 40-50 hours a week initially for training – flexibility of hours (7a-4p, 8a-5p, potential weekends initially), closer to 40 after training

Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the production process, ensuring that deadlines are met. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support production planning and inventory management.

Duties:

• Track production orders for accuracy and completion of the order.

• Create and organize packing slips in a timely manner.

• Perform cycle counting as needed to ensure inventory levels.

• Work order entry and work order tracking with accuracy.

• Input and update all deliveries in the SAGE system.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is required.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Proven experience with SAGE with a solid foundation.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Strong time management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
