Description Immediate Direct Hire Opening in Mooresville for Production Specialist:   Highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Specialist, in a new start up company.   This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.   Key Responsibilities:   • Oversee and support day-to-day production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.   • Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflows   • Utilize Sage X3 and Epicor to manage production planning, inventory control, and track material usage ( or related management systems)   • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Control) to ensure smooth production processes.   • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.   • Manage and maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and quality checks.   Qualifications: • 3 years experience in Manufacturing  • Strong understanding of production processes.
• Hands-on experience with Sage X3 and Epicor 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments.
• Experience with ERP systems for production planning and inventory management. 
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on operational metrics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in manufacturing or production management is a plus.  
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, or other quality frameworks.
• Experience in materials management and supply chain optimization.
