Job Description We are seeking an experienced Order Management System (OMS) Support Expert with expertise in Deposco to join our team. This role will focus on providing technical and functional support for Deposcos cloud-based supply chain platform, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and system performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting Deposco workflows, configuring system settings, and working with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Skills and Requirements Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Deposco OMS support, configuration, and troubleshooting.  Technical Knowledge: o Strong understanding of Deposcos modules, including Bright Order, Bright Warehouse, and Bright Store. o Knowledge of order routing, fulfillment logic, inventory synchronization, and exception handling in Deposco. o Experience working with Deposco APIs, webhooks, and EDI integrations.  Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: o Ability to diagnose complex system issues and implement effective solutions. o Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Shell scripting, Excel, or reporting tools.  Communication & Collaboration: o Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners. o Ability to translate technical issues into business-friendly language.  Process Improvement: Experience in process optimization, automation, and workflow enhancements within Deposco OMS. Deposco OMS Support & Troubleshooting:  Provide day-to-day support for Deposco OMS, resolving system-related issues promptly to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve OMS-related issues such as order routing failures, inventory discrepancies, system integration errors, and API failures.  Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations. System Configuration & Optimization:  Configure Deposco OMS settings to align with business processes, including order workflows, inventory rules, and warehouse operations.  Optimize system performance by fine-tuning business rules, automation settings, and integrations with ERPs, WMS, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.  Manage Deposco dashboards, alerts, and reporting features to enhance operational visibility. Process Improvement & Documentation:  Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements.  Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals for internal stakeholders.  Provide training and best practices to end-users and new team members. Integration & Data Management:  Support integrations between Deposco and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, e-commerce platforms, shipping carriers).  Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all integrated systems by performing data validation and reconciliation.  Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement enhancements and support new system implementations.
