Your mission at IntegriChain:

The mission of this role is to provide Technical Support for IntegriChain’s Contracts & Pricing system. 

What this role entails:   

Work through the team’s ticketing systemDevelop and maintain  an expert level of knowledge of IntegriChain's core systems and servicesEnsure resolution or workaround and escalation to complex and/or escalated application issuesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and participate in their implementationWork effectively across users and technical teams to understand issues, problems, and solutionsDocument resolutions and internal procedures and update the Support Knowledge BaseWork with existing team members to resolve more complex issues through training

Qualifications

What you’ll need to thrive in this role:

Analytical thinker with excellent problem solving, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and teamwork skillsProven track record of learning new tools or programming languagesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal

What you’ll bring to the table: 

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in either application support or data analysisStrong database and SQL experience (Oracle and Postgres preferred)Proficiency in ExcelExperience with one or more programming/scripting languages
