Job Description

As our Production Support Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our world-class events to life. Here's how you'll make an impact:

Pre-Event Magic (40%)

Set up engaging agendas on our CORE websitesCollaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure website perfectionManage our all-important Master Data Sheet (MDS)Coordinate with AV teams for seamless event execution

During the Event Excitement (30%)

Keep websites up-to-date with real-time changesManage slide updates for larger eventsTravel to events and assist with on-site tasksMonitor digital programs and provide training

Speaker Whisperer (20%)

Develop and maintain our speaker databaseCoordinate speaker tech tests and manage their presentationsCreate welcoming intro emails for speakersReview slides for quality and compliance

Post-Event Wrap-up (10%)

Ensure timely video uploads to our platformsClose out all speaker-related deliverables

The pay for this role is $24-$28/hr based on experience
