Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Support Engineer with proven expertise in Unix and Shell Scripting, along with experience in a Kubernetes-on (K-on) environment. The role requires ensuring the smooth operation of systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24/7 production support to maintain optimal system performance. Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system stability and scalability. Implement automation solutions using Shell Scripting. Support and maintain applications running in K-on environments.

Technical Skills Required:

Unix: Advanced knowledge of Unix systems. Shell Scripting: Proficiency in writing scripts to automate tasks. K-on Environment: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-on environments.

Preferred Skills:

Experience: 3-5 years of production support, ideally in a Unix-based environment. Kubernetes Knowledge: Familiarity with Kubernetes and its operational aspects. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
