Job Description Insight Global is looking for three Production Support Engineers to support their client based in Los Angeles. These Engineers will be part of the ITSM and Monitoring team. These Engineers will be responsible for monitoring the infrastructure using DataDog, troubleshooting alerts from ServiceNow and escalating it to the correct team if needed. This role will work closely with the DevOps team, and other Production Support Engineers in the day-to-day support of Servers, Storage, UCS/ESX, VMware, DNS, IAM, and other full stack infrastructure related technologies.
