In this role, you will have a chance to grow your skills working under subject matter experts as you support the continued production of one of our advanced product lines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a great team to support cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms. Activities day to day will vary and may include: * Working on the Mechanical Engineering team to support various products in the product line * Perform mechanical engineering duties such as drawing reviews, tolerance analyses, and other mechanical analysis under the supervision of Mechanical leads and SMEs. * Generate Change Orders (Cos) to resolve production design issues. * Supporting product yield and affordability improvement initiatives. * Supporting transition to production of new products * Support * Working in partnership with a cross functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
