The pivotal role of Team Leader at Cytiva involves unwavering dedication to directing and overseeing the production cells. Based in Duncan, SC, our Assembly/Welding department seeks a hands-on leader, and this position requires an on-site presence. Cytiva envisions propelling the advancement of future therapeutics from the initial discovery stage to delivery. What you will do: The Production Lead position spearheads and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement. It involves working with supervisors to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and implement effective countermeasures. Safety is given the utmost priority every day to ensure that associates can perform their tasks without risk. This role also entails welcoming and training new associates, consistently advocating for quality throughout the production process, and serving as a valuable resource for all production-related matters. Who you are: + High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED), Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word). + Minimum of 3 years of work experience in manufacturing with experience with SAP, or other ERP, specifically in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to train, lead, and mentor a team to drive the success of the production process. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + We're looking for someone who can comfortably lift 35 lbs. daily and handle extended periods of bending, lifting, sitting, and standing. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Experience in a cleanroom environment is preferred + Expertise in ensuring regulatory compliance with ISO standards and maintaining process integrity in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The hourly range for this role is $22 - $27 per hour. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
