Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Team Lead and will play a crucial role in supporting and leading team members to meet production schedules. This role involves facilitating the safe and productive manufacture of high-quality products and driving continuous improvement in a Lean manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesServe as a support resource for designated work area and assigned shift.Lead team members to meet production schedules.Facilitate the safe and productive manufacture of high-quality products.Effectively drive and maintain the standardized work process.Train team members in proper methods.Help the team succeed in an environment based on KPIs, continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and 5-S.Problem-solving, coaching, and eliminating waste by responding to abnormalities.Spend approximately 95% of scheduled production time on the shop floor.Essential Skills3-5 years of team lead experience.Troubleshooting.Supervision.Safety management.Production supervision.Hands-on team lead experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lead and drive a team culture.Strong communication skills and ability to escalate issues to management.Ability to lift 30 lbs.Ability to stand on feet for the entire duration of the shift.Why Work Here?Join a new plant moving into Warren from Oklahoma. The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00
