**Job Title:** Team Lead - Manufacturing **Location:** Zeeland, Michigan **Compensation:** Salary Range Negotiable with Experience **Job Summary:** The Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing an assigned department to achieve operational objectives in areas such as safety, product quality, reliability, cost, continuous improvement, and employee morale. This role aligns with and promotes the achievement of Operations’ and the corporation’s business strategy.
