Job Description
We offer value-added assembly and manufacturing support services to the automotive industry, especially in the area of tire and wheel assembly. The Production Team Member will rotate throughout their shift to assist in various tasks during the assembly process. This individual will be responsible for duties such as machine operating, quality inspecting, torque specs, and general material handling. This position rotates to different areas each hour to eliminate monotony within the role. This shift happens in sync with the production line and enables the line to not be shut down during this switch.
ResponsibilitiesOperate all tire line, balancing, sequencing (location specific), material handling, and other equipment as required.Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on all equipment as requested.Offload deliveries of tires, wheels, and other raw materials.Sort tire, wheel, and other parts deliveries.Inspect tires, wheels, other parts, and finished assemblies according to inspection standards and frequencies prescribed.Operate material handling, sequencing, and finished assembly loading systems.Complete all working documentation, records, reports, etc. as requested.Essential Skills6+ months of manufacturing experience.Reliable transportation to/from work.Ability to stand, walk, squat, and stoop for 8 - 12 hour shifts.Ability to lift 45+ pounds on a regular basis and up to 75lbs occasionally.Those without HS Diploma or GED should complete basic math assessment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExtended work tenure from other employers.Previous automotive-related production experience.HS Diploma / GED (preferred).Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Shift/Schedule: Mirrors TMMI Schedule, Monday - Friday (or when Saturday shifts are called).
Blue shift: 7:15 a.m.-4:00 p.m., 2 openings. Gold shift: 7:15 p.m.-4:00 a.m.
Climate-controlled and clean environment, though areas near doorways can get cold/warm during different seasons. Lockers and break areas are available to all employees/contractors. The facility smells like new tires and is well lit. Machines are routinely maintained and well kept. This facility promotes from within and considers both permanent and contract employees as vital parts of the organization's success.
