**Job Title: Production Team Member** **Job Description** Candidates could be in multiple areas including Bag Making, Lamination, Logistics, or Printing. Candidates could be washing parts, packing, helping the machine operators or material handling. Must be willing to help put in other areas. Good attitude and attendance are a must. This company makes labels for protein and pet food companies. **Responsibilities** + Assist in various production areas such as Bag Making, Lamination, Logistics, or Printing. + Wash parts and ensure cleanliness in the production area. + Pack products efficiently and accurately. + Support machine operators in their daily tasks. + Handle materials and ensure proper storage and organization. + Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive work environment. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience in production, general labor, assembly, forklift operation, packaging, or machine operation. + Experience in either forklift operation or machine operating is highly preferred. + Ability to work in a team and support various departments as needed. + Strong work ethic and commitment to good attendance. + Positive attitude and willingness to learn. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machine operation and packing. + General production knowledge. + Flexibility to work in different areas as needed. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a climate-controlled work environment and the benefit of never working on a Sunday. There are three shifts available: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd Shift (10pm-6:30am). Candidates will train on the 1st shift for a duration of 2 weeks to a certain period. The workplace is focused on maintaining a positive culture and good attendance. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
