**Job Title: Production Team Member** **Job Description** The production team member is responsible for operating large-scale manufacturing equipment within various departments in accordance with company standards and operating procedures. **Responsibilities** + Operate large-scale manufacturing equipment. + Follow company standards and operating procedures. + Perform general production duties including assembly, packaging, and inspection. + Maintain machine operations and ensure proper machine function. + Adhere to safety regulations and protocols. + Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. + Must be able to work a rotating schedule (28-day rotations). + Must commit to being on time (not even 1 minute late). + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Must have reliable transportation. + Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. + Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a monthly rotating schedule. + Ability to learn and follow rules and procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in an industrial/manufacturing/production environment is a plus. + Basic mathematic skills to ensure accurate measurements is a plus. + General knowledge of machines, tools, and measurement instruments is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This company offers a variety of health and wellbeing benefit programs.
