Description Job Opportunity: Production Team Supervisor Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Team Supervisor to join John Deere's dynamic team in Dubuque, IA. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of production workers, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery objectives are consistently met. You will play a key role in driving team performance, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and meeting production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Onsite at John Deere – Dubuque, IA Key Responsibilities: + Lead and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring clear communication of roles and responsibilities. + Develop and execute production schedules in collaboration with management to meet targets. + Identify skill gaps within the team and provide training and development opportunities. + Deliver constructive feedback, hold team members accountable, and drive performance improvement. + Encourage a culture of innovation by soliciting ideas for process improvements from team members. + Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. + Work daily and weekend overtime as production needs dictate.
