Our client, a leading manufacturer in the production industry, is seeking a Production Tech to join their team. As a Production Tech, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Tech
**Location:** Framingham, MA
**Pay Range:** $25 per hour
4:30pm to 3:30am Sunday to Thursday
**What's the Job?**
+ Lifting and placing empty bottles on the production line.
+ Operating simple machinery (training will be provided).
+ Performing manual, repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Communicating effectively when issues arise that prevent operating to company standards.
+ Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and good manufacturing practices.
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
+ Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio.
+ Willingness to work long hours and maintain punctuality.
+ Must have steel-toed boots and high-visibility clothing.
+ Entry-level position; manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
