Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, tune (when needed) of subassemblies and electromechanical productsAbility to read assembly prints, procedures and schematicsComply with all company safety policiesDue to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a “US Person” (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees)Education and Experience:
High School or trade school diploma2 – 4 years technical experience, or military technical trainingPrior experience working with chemicals/mixtures/pottingKnowledgeable in the use of basic test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Power supplies etc.)Successfully pass company provided IPC-J-STD-001 certificationSuccessfully pass company provided IPC/WHMA-A-620-cable and harness assembly-certificationJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work with changing demands in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsStrong electronic and mechanical aptitudeComputer Experience required including a working knowledge of MSOffice programs, i.e., Word, Excel, OutlookKnowledge of continuous improvementAbility to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitudeSupervisory Responsibilities:
