The Technician 1 role labels, assembles and packages dental implants and abutments in a clean room environment.
Accurate and efficient assembly, labeling and packaging of dental abutments and implants in a clean room environment Interfaces with Quality Control, Manufacturing Technicians as necessary to assure output and quality meet and exceed standardsUnderstand and comply with safety and area cleanliness requirementsUnderstands and complies with FDA, QSR and ISO 9001 requirementsCapable of conducting all TPM (Total Production Maintenance) requirementsMust be able to train co-workers when needed (mentor)Performs other duties as assignedJob Requirements:

Critical Knowledge:
High School diploma, some college preferred.Must understand technical drawingsUnderstands own tasks and how they relate to others on their team. Works under close supervision where duties are clearly defined. Will follow standard work applicable.Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Understands and complies with all safety and area cleanliness policies, must successfully complete all SOP TrainingExpands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training and classroom instruction.Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsCritical Skills:
Able to communicate; speak and write in English at a High School Level.Reading comprehension at a High School Level.Familiarity with PC, basic data entry, SAP a plus.Good manual dexterityMust be able to lift 25lbs at a minimumHave 20/20 vision with or without aidCritical Experience:
